ROSS FLANIGAN

Founding Managing Director and Owner

Ross was instrumental to establishing Facility Services in some of Melbourne’s most prestigious and largest residential towers, he bought a wealth of industry experience to NFS having worked with key personnel from the building development industry for many years.

Ross’ strong reputation for providing invaluable insights into the planning stages of development to ensure buildings cater to the needs of all clients who live and work in them is continued through the leadership of Ross’ son Ben and the expertise of NFS’s Senior Management Group. With collaborative and hands-on support, our team continues to uphold Ross’ legacy, striving for continuous improvement across all facets of the industry with a proactive approach, to ensure solutions are actioned before issues even arise.

BEN FLANIGAN

Managing Director

Having joined the family business after a successful career as a Chartered Accountant, Ben’s extensive expertise and experience in auditing and budgeting provides value added services to Owner’s Corporations and committees of management. Ben has been key to developing and implementing cutting edge processes and procedures for reporting and essential service compliance.  Providing continuous personal development to the NFS team, Ben oversees NFS developments to ensure first class customer service is provided at all times.

TONY COOK

Head Of Operations

Tony joined the NFS team with over 25 years of extensive experience in customer service and sales. Having previously worked in various high-end markets, he has been successful in the training, mentoring and development of staff.  Tony has a passion to ensure every customer experiences world-class service with every NFS interaction.

IAN BROWN

Operations Manager

With vast experience in the construction and engineering industries, Ian complements the NFS team with his unparalleled attention to detail and ability to solve and advise on design and operational issues. He oversees NFS developments to ensure owners’ assets are maintained at the highest standard. Ian is an enthusiastic and well respected team member, with a can-do attitude.

ANDREW HEAGNEY

Operations Manager

With over 15 years’ experience in the Facility Management industry, in both commercial & residential buildings, and a corporate background in the investment industry, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the NFS team. Andrew is passionate about his role and operates with a key focus on ensuring Owners’ assets are maintained to the highest standard. He is a valued leader in the NFS team and continuously demonstrates his keen attention to detail, problem solving skills and has a fantastic work ethic with a can-do attitude.

STEPHEN WARD

Operations Manager

Stephen has a strong background in professional services, finance and the engineering sector, coupled with nine years of experience in Building Management across a number of sites with NFS. Stephen’s experience is invaluable to the NFS Management Team. Relationship building, a pro-active approach, effective communication and developing staff are key pillars in Stephen’s repertoire. Stephen demonstrates a strong work ethic and strong commitment to exceeding client/customer satisfaction across all sectors of facility management.

MICHAEL SIRIANNI

Operations Manager

Michael brings over 13 years of experience in the Facilities Management industry, along with extensive experience in Owner Corporation Management. He has experience managing established and new development buildings as well as commercial / retail spaces. Michael brings technical knowledge and has a high-performance culture in everything he does.

As an operations manager, David possesses a multitude of qualities and skills that making him exceptionally proficient in his role at NFS.  David’s effectiveness in managing building operations is evident through various aspects of his work output. He is an experienced leader with a focus on delivering complex problem solving to ensure buildings under his management are managed efficiently.

Sally brings to the team broad business experience in both private and public enterprises.  She has qualifications and experience in project management, marketing, human resource management and business development.  Sally’s experience provides valued insights across all sectors of the NFS business.
